I enjoy my work now, but I would not call it a job, partly because I draw very little income from it, at least for now. I could not do what I do without my wife working a “job.” Often, I struggle with whether I should get a job that produces a paycheck. I used to do art shows where I made a small profit, and my writing may eventually produce sales. But the income is secondary to the work; a course I feel I have no choice in pursuing. Creativity is me.
