I have reached the age where some foods are wrong to eat. I can’t blindly consume as I please without consequences. The spicey foods I used to love, give me indigestion. Even modest portions of cheese plugs me up. Greasy pizza (once my favorite) does the opposite. Coffee after noon keeps me awake all night. I Continue reading
