I like to make a good first impression. I used to be nervous about it, worrying about how I came across, assuming it was bad. I got this from the way I grew up, in a crazy household. But that’s behind me now. At some point I realized I come across well because I have a generally optimistic attitude and greet people warmly. The trick now is remembering I come across as friendly, accepting, engaging and respectful. I need to relax and let the good first impression come naturally.
