When I am worrying about how I treat others, I often forget to pay attention to how I treat myself. I suppose it makes sense that the main character of my book is a person who is extremely hard on himself. I have to work hard to look back on my accomplishments and feel good about what I’ve done. I’m better than I used to be, but it’s a daily challenge. Luckily my family is in my corner and remind me to lighten up. I did that right for sure.
