Staying healthy means a good diet, like go easy on the booze, avoid dairy, small portions of read meat, avoid fats and sugars. Eat lots of grass–I mean, vegetables. I need to lose weight and I try to eat healthy, but I have a guilty pleasure: Chocolate, specifically, M&Ms. It’s deceiving, each one is so tiny, not that many calories. But who eats a few, I don’t. As far as well-being, I work on not being hard on myself, self-critical, etc. There’s plenty of people out there ready to criticize, no sense adding to it. Another part of well-being is treating myself well, which means, indulging in a guilty pleasure. So it’s back to the M&Ms.
