I have a chair, my favorite chair, where I sit to watch television or read. For years, I have had to fight with the cat for my chair. He often waits for me to enter the room and pounce on the chair before I can get to it. It’s a game he plays. Often I give up, sit some somewhere else or do something else. When I really want to sit in my chair, I may entice my cat away with treats. We recently adopted a middle aged dog, a tiny little thing. Well, she likes my chair too. Now I have two to contend with. Maybe, they’re trying to tell me something like don’t watch so much television.
