It never hurts to express appreciation. I say thank you often. Some people think I am over polite. Acknowledging someone else is always good. It nice to know what we do matters, and someone appreciating our deeds feels good. When my thanks seem too routine I go covert and express my gratitude by my own deeds. Doing things I hate are the biggest expressions. When I clean the cat’s litter box, I am saying thank you in a big way. Taking out the garbage is not much of a gesture of thanks because I always do it. It’s my chore anyway. I can cook, but I’m not crazy about it. It’s time to make my wife and daughter a big meal.
Thank You

Thank you Rob for your act of kindness 39 years ago today! In our moment of need, you were there for us and babysat for Brian while we were in the hospital to welcome our daughter into the world. She is 39 today and we are definitely a name from your past! Would love to catch up! Phyllis and Scott
