I was always bedazzled by the Cat in the Hat, by Dr. Seuss. I loved the idea of a cat in the Cat’s hat, and another cat in that second cat’s hat, and so on. The idea of recursion opened my mind to seeing things from different points of view. It gave life to my own creativity and I still bend my mind trying to imagine all those cats in hats.
