This is a tough question. Years of societal training tell me not to boast. And I’m a perfectionist. I always think I can do better so I never praise what I do. So, when I pay attention, I don’t what I am doing is good. I’m best when I am not watching. Once I was a skier and took a lesson on a new way to make turns. I couldn’t do it and thought I was terrible. I felt uncomfortable. After I failed to execute the instructor’s technique and he could see I was struggling, I made a turn to get back in line with the class. The instructor said: “That’s it! That’s how you do it.” When I wasn’t paying attention I was fine. So, I don’t know what I’m good at, by thinking about it. I go by the feedback around me after doing what I do naturally, art, writing, other things creative. I get good responses when I create, so I presume I am good at creation. That’s good, because I have a ton of stuff around the house that I have made.
