I’m waiting to get my book back from the proofreader. Now that I’ve taken the plunge (after procrastinating for years) into publishing I want to blaze ahead at light speed. I’m annoyingly impatient. To date, I have resisted contacting the proofreader for an update. “Are you done yet?” “Are you done yet?” They told me how long it would take, and they are well within that range, so contacting them would make me a pest. Patience, however, is hard.
