How often do you say “no” to things that would interfere with your goals?

Saying no when appropriate is my biggest weakness. I don’t like to disappoint. I say yes until something inside explodes. People then think I’m nuts. They say: “If you didn’t want to do it, why didn’t you just say so…” So, saying yes too often had definitely interfered with my goals, specifically artistic ones. That’s why I started a blog and bega promoting my writing efforts, to say yes to me.
